Great time and location

Great property within walking distance of Vanderbilt which is why we were there

Disappointing. Property would be awesome as 20 hostel in my 20s!!!! Disappointing for 4000 in my 50s. For price point, I expected some grace from property manager. First time to Nashville. Location not as walkable as expected, we took ride share every morning and evening to everything. Check in time was strictly enforced, we stood outside Thursday afternoon for 10 minutes for the lock to open at exactly 4pm (not life threatening but hot and full of mosquitoes resulting in welts on my wife and younger son arms and legs … 10 -15 minute grace period would have been really appreciated!). Asked on Tuesday if we could leave our luggage in the room while we went to church Sunday morning (after 10am checkout, just to keep our luggage). Answer received after over 72 hours was “no.” (As in “no grace.”) Also recommend noting: Unit C and B of the property are connected. We opened our door Friday morning to a bag of trash on the shared front walkway apparently left by our neighbors and on Saturday and Sunday morning to half smoked cigarette and almost empty bottle of beer. Property would be awesome as 20 hostel in my 20s!!!! Disappointing for 4000 in my 50s.

This was a beautifully decorated house, my group had plenty of room. The check in process was easy.

Great location. Nicely appointed. Comfortable for our large group. Good communication. We had a great time.
